Hello all.

On Monday landowners received survey letters from the Constitution pipeline(Williams). We are setting up meetings asap for people to get info and how to move forward. This is a large(36" diameter) pipeline that will be going from Albany to PA. It will be owned by Williams for the purpose of moving gas from their wells and Cabot's wells. For the landowners on this line this will be one of the biggest decisions your family will make and will affect people and the land for many generations. I am available for any questions Telephone: xxxxxxx

Thank you,
Jim Worden

send me a pm for the contact number...

Two additional developments over the last week or so on this -- which is undoubtedly Cabot-Williams activity, and not the competing, probably-on-hold plan from El Paso-TGP:

-- Constitution Pipeline has signed up their initially designed capacity in future natgas-moving contracts.

-- A pre-filing review process has begin with FERC.
