The proposed EmKey pipeline (formerly Norse pipeline) is being discussed at local town and county levels. This proposed line will not run into the resistance like our neighbor proposed line (Constitution) as the ROW and easements have already been established by Norse a few years back. The only difference that I can see between the old and new proposals, is that to the south, it will connect into the Constitution pipeline before the Millennium line. To the North, it will connect to the Tennessee and Dominion pipelines. It will be a 24" line. Of course, the start time of construction is dependent upon the final sGEIS coming out.
